Software with its sleeves rolled up.
4ROOMS replaces the twenty systems a typical hotel juggles with one calm platform: one database, one login, one screen per job. This page is about the people doing the replacing.
The average hotel runs on about twenty pieces of software. We know, because we have worked in those hotels. We carried the bags, closed the audits, apologised to the guest while the rate cached somewhere it should not have. Every system was bought to help. Together, they became the loudest thing in the room.
4ROOMS is our answer: a single platform where the front desk, housekeeping, billing, channels, revenue and reports are not integrations but neighbours, rooms in the same house. When a rate changes it changes everywhere. When the day closes, the numbers already agree, because they were never separate.
We are a small team across Mumbai, Seville and Berlin, built on shifts worked rather than hype, and recognised along the way with an Innovate UK Smart Grant for what we are building. We ship every week. We answer support ourselves. And we still believe the highest compliment hotel software can earn is that nobody notices it.
Team 4ROOMS
Six habits we refuse to break.
If the guest can see your team fighting the system, the system has failed. Every screen earns its place or gets removed.
One database, one truth. Occupancy is computed, never copied: the same figure on every report, at 07:00 sharp.
We hire people who have worked shifts. Roadmap arguments are settled by what helps a real desk on a real Friday.
Small releases, boring migrations, no big-bang updates the night before your city's trade fair.
Usually within the hour, always someone who has stood where you are standing. No ticket purgatory.
One subscription, every module. Taxes that are simply correct. Invoices you never have to decode.
What you get from day one.
Three cities, one standard.
Product and engineering wherever the laptops open; onboarding and support close to the lobbies we serve.
Mumbai
Home of onboarding for India, ready for boutique havelis in Jaipur and city business hotels alike. Chai strong, migrations stronger.
Seville
Our southern-Europe base, where Spanish IVA meets its match. Support for the region runs from here.
Berlin
Engineering and product. Also the reason the roadmap discussions start with "in principle…" and end on time.
Hotel people who learned to code.
Engineers who learned to carry bags.
Every new teammate, whether engineer, designer or accountant, spends their first week at a live property, working alongside the teams who use what we build. It is harder to ship a confusing screen to someone whose shift you have shared.
