We have stood at the desk.
4ROOMS started the way most useful things do: with a bad evening. A fully booked house, a printer out of toner, three OTA extranets open in three tabs, and a night audit that would not balance. Software was supposed to help. It was the loudest thing in the room.
So we built the system we wished had been on that desk. One database. One screen per job. Taxes that are simply correct, in Seville and in Jaipur. A night audit that runs while the night auditor sleeps. Software for hospitality should behave like good hospitality: present, precise, and almost invisible.
Team 4ROOMS
Three rules we build by.
If the guest can see your team fighting the system, the system has failed. Every screen earns its place or gets removed.
One database, one truth. Occupancy is occupancy, in every report, on every property, at 07:00 sharp.
We hire people who have carried bags and closed audits. Roadmap arguments are settled by what helps a real shift.
One subscription. The whole hotel.

Small team, one mission, shipping every week. Remote friendly across Europe and India.
Talk to a human.
Usually within the hour, always someone who has worked a desk. Demos, partnerships, press or careers, same door.
